Find the right guest fast
Search the live guest list, archived event history, username, or account ID—even before the guest buys a ticket.
Ban before or after purchase

Every ban or unban action includes a required reason field (up to 250 words). Future photo/video uploads slot in right next to it.

Inside the customer app there is a toggle literally named “Role” that reveals “Security Staff” and “Bartender.”

AWITA tracks every normal, double, and VIP request. DJs upload playback proof, fans get automatic refunds when a request is rejected, and promoters control their revenue split down to the decimal.
Song request earnings
Default template is 60% DJ / 40% promoter after platform commission, pulled straight from the realtime earnings engine. Change the split per DJ or per event at any time.
Playback proof & refunds
Fans submit normal, double, or VIP requests, and DJs must upload a 2-minute playback proof. Reject a request and the platform auto-refunds the fan instantly.
Dashboard awareness
Requests, drink sales, VIP table deliveries, and staff activity all land in the same live dashboard so you always know where the money comes from.
